Who We Are

Gender Frontier Development Initiatives (GFDI) is a grassroots advocacy organization committed to defending the human rights of vulnerable women and children in Nigeria. By confronting systemic abuse and harmful traditional practices head-on, we work to protect those most at risk in our communities.

Our campaigns directly challenge female genital mutilation, child labour, and human trafficking — bringing awareness, intervening in crisis situations, and promoting education as a pathway to empowerment.
